Psychotherapy
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Psychotherapy offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to work through challenges and regain perspective – whether you’re dealing with stress, relationship issues or patterns you’d like to change. Together, we’ll explore what matters most and find a way forward that feels right for you.

What you need to know..
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is more than just talking – it’s a space to make sense of your experiences, gain clarity and discover new ways of approaching life. It’s about understanding patterns that keep you stuck, finding tools to manage stress, and strengthening the way you relate to yourself and others.
Whether you want practical strategies, deeper self-awareness, or simply someone who will listen without judgment, therapy can help you move forward with confidence.
What to Expect
The first session is about understanding what brings you here and what you hope to gain. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable, with no pressure to share more than you are ready to. Sessions focus on what’s happening now and when helpful, the patterns behind it. I’ll listen, ask questions and offer insight or practical tools where useful.
Therapy is a collaborative process – together, we’ll make sense of things and find a way forward that feels right for you. My approach is warm, grounded and collaborative.
