Supervision
At Kaiatarau Collective, supervision offers a steady, reflective space to strengthen practice and sustain wellbeing. We work alongside clinicians, professionals, leaders and teams in sectors where the work is complex and often emotionally demanding. Sessions may explore clinical care, leadership challenges, team dynamics, or the personal impact of the work. Whether individual or group-based, supervision is tailored to your context.
